If it is a hot Texas day, the musicians will need to be in a shaded area – either under a tree, umbrella, tent, etc. Musical instruments and sound equipment are very sensitive to rain, so please note that the musicians will need to pack up at the slightest drizzle. If they'll be outside for ceremony and inside for cocktail hour, select "Outside".
